PROCESSING
Kopi luwak asal Indonesia ini dihasilkan dari hewan luwak yang menelan biji kopi, dimana biji kopi tersebut mengalami proses fermentasi, bersamaan dengan makanan lainnya yang dimakan oleh luwak tersebut. Biji Kopi kemudian dikeluarkan kembali dari saluran pembuangan, dicuci dan dikeringkan dengan pengering surya selama 2 minggu dan setelah itu, dipindahkan ke luar ruangan untuk dijemur di bawah sinar matahari hingga mencapai kadar air 11%
Harga yang tertera adalah harga per kg untuk MINIMAL order 15 kg.
PROCESSING
Luwak coffee from Indonesia is produced from civet animals that swallow coffee beans, where the coffee beans undergo a fermentation process, along with other food eaten by the civet. The coffee beans are then removed from the drain, washed and dried in a solar dryer for 2 weeks and after that, moved outdoors to dry in the sun until they reach a moisture content of 11%.
